Forgiveness as a Path to Wholeness
Forgiveness is an essential practice for well-being and healing of every kind – mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. It is a powerful and transformational tool for life. In this experiential class, we will explore topics including What is Forgiveness?; It’s Either Fear or Love; Projection, Self Forgiveness; Judgement; and Seeing and Perceiving with the Eyes of Love.
Participants will experience deeply reflective exercises that reveal unconscious fears. Once looked at with the eyes of love these fears are re-integrated, restoring wholeness.
